New Orleans Ladies Arm Wrestling is beyond honored and excited to host the third national brawl of CLAW aka the Collective Of Lady Arm Wrestlers. This Super CLAW will feature participants from our sister leagues all over the country plus our very own home-town heroine.
East Coast versus West. Old school versus New. Prepare for arm wrestlers battling for the heart of a nation. Featuring half time drag performances by Liberaunchy and Kat Snatch with a DJ Dreamer dance party to follow the ruckus.
Proceeds will benefit Project Ishmael, whose goals are:
“to help meet the immigration legal needs of children in New Orleans, to meet the legal needs of the children and families who live in Hagar’s House by connecting individuals and families to pro bono lawyers and legal services, and to challenge the systems in our city and country that incarcerate, deport, and harass children based on immigration status, skin color, or language.”

This event benefits Louisiana Trans Advocates:
“Louisiana Trans Advocates works for transgender people in Louisiana through support group meetings, education, training, political advocacy at the state and local level, and a large, safe and active Facebook group. With five monthly support group meetings in cities from New Orleans to Shreveport, LTA is one of the largest organizations of its kind in the country, and their private Facebook group fosters discussion and connection online for trans people across the state. They maintain resource lists of trans-affirming healthcare providers and conduct trainings for healthcare professionals, schools, media, and businesses. They lobby for trans protection and inclusion at the state capitol and work with municipalities and businesses to update nondiscrimination policies to cover gender identity and gender expression. As part of the Equality Louisiana coalition, they collaborate with other Louisiana organizations in the fight for the respect and equality trans Louisianians deserve.”
NOLAW will usher in the long hot New Orleans summer on May 30 with a Cruel Summer Brawl at One Eyed Jack’s! This event will offer the usual biceps and bravado you know and love, along with a sweaty layer of sand, sun and SPF 30. Eight wrestlers will go arm-to-arm for the championship while NOLAW’s MCs and celebrity judges keep the beach party going. All proceeds from the Cruel Summer Brawl will benefit the New Orleans Harm Reduction Network, a volunteer-run collective that operates on the principles of harm reduction to offer material, educational, and advocacy support to drug-users and their communities in southeastern Louisiana. The NOHRN’s aim is to affirm the dignity of every individual by promoting wellness, self-care, and educated drug-use, while reducing the transmission of HIV, hepatitis, and other blood-borne pathogens among drug-users, and to seek a collective empowerment of all marginalized populations.
